Oversees implementation of market level menu pricing and associated analyses. Collects and analyzes data to identify market trends and guide strategic and administrative decisions. Monitors results to evaluate program effectiveness.

Develops Comprehensive Menu Pricing Strategy
Serves as a subject matter expert on item and market level menu pricing. Guides the development of overall company level menu pricing strategy. Translates companywide strategy to individual markets. Directs research and analysis efforts in support of strategic decisions. .
Oversees the Implementation of Market Level Menu Pricing
Directs the administration of market level pricing changes. Projects and manages program budgets. Communicates strategy to business partners. Oversees all elements of the plan implementation. Negotiates price with vendors and service providers. Monitors sales results and evaluates strategy effectiveness.
Researches Market Trends
Collects data from various sources to identify market trends regarding product, price, and promotions. Analyzes and summarizes data in order to guide strategic and administrative decisions regarding specified markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years marketing experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of local store marketing and media.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Strong analytical and decision making skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Thorough knowledge of marketing theories, practices, and strategies.
