## Description
General Summary
The QA Audit Teammate is responsible for providing value to our customers. This is done by maintaining and troubleshooting problems with any related QA process in a cheerful and courteous manner. This must be done consistent with company standards of quality, safety, security, and
productivity.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the following services:
1. Validate the mechanical installation, wiring, and testing of server rack projects based on accompanying technical documentation.
2. Conduct process and product audits for all other applicable Value Streams, utilizing work instructions and templates, product specifications, and various on-line tools and applications
3. Complete and monitor all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing on-line forms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint
4. Support Operations team in root cause analysis and containment activities as appropriate
5. Interact with and support all Operations and supporting departments
6. Escalate findings to the Operations Supervisors / Leads in a timely and professional manner
7. Support or lead special projects as assigned

1. Housekeeping:Maintain a clean and professional image. Recognize our customer's and Genco's commitment to pride and quality work.
2. Provide on-the-job training to new Teammates
## Qualifications
Job Specifications
1. High school diploma / GED preferred or equivalent work experience.
2. A
certification preferred
3. Ability to read, speak and write English: Must have excellent communication skills
4. Must possess great attention to detail
5. Strong problem solving skills
6. Technical ability to trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair systems
7. Ability to stand and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day
8. Ability to bend, reach, and kneel and carry up to 50 lbs when necessary
9. Ability to identify cosmetic defects visually
10. Strong PC skills (Word and Excel)
11. Propensity for learning new computer programs, tasks
12. Ability to think analytically / read charts and specifications
13. Must have a Can do attitude
