Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients Taking payments Scheduling appointments Assisting patients with maintaining wellness goals as per patient needs Help maintain office flow Answering phones The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals Experience in a medical office or related field but not neccesary Experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Ability to prioritize tasks & multi task effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
