The successful candidate will have a passion for production management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
This role is intended to aid the Plant Manager in overseeing and improving production operations and to act as a translator to ensure smooth communication between English and Mandarin-speaking team members.
This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining productivity and ensuring that our high standards of quality are met.
