Group Function Supply Chain in Permobil is responsible to ensure that the IP department supports the sourcing process through execution and evaluation, ownership of data integrity and improvement, and oversight of the sourcing, invoicing, and contractual compliance.

Our Global Supply Chain function is now recruiting a Manager Indirect Purchasing North America.
As Manager, Indirect Purchasing you will be part of Group Function Supply Chain reporting to Indirect Purchasing Director.
You will be responsible for building relationships across Permobil in support of all Indirect categories to identify savings opportunities while creating a shared fate partnership throughout all levels of the company.
The Indirect Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and vendor management activity including (but not limited to):
sourcing, invoice reconciliation, complex professional service agreements, pricing negotiations, service agreement development, data security, risk mitigation, service level agreements, key performance indicators, volume concentration, price/cost optimization and ensuring insurance requirements for internal stakeholders.
As a team member, the Americas Manager will develop strategic plans for the implementation of major indirect purchasing activities essential to achieving goals and objectives focusing on quality, cost, value, timing, and compliance.
This role will have limited travel, the following are key deliverables of the position:
Engage and collaborate with internal Legal, Risk and Security departments to ensure contract compliance.
Create strategies to support business requirements across sites.
Handles all IP queries and issues relating to specific procurement processes and procedures.
Deliver value to the organization through developing RFx documents, evaluating supplier proposals (scope, cost, timing, resource modeling, risk, etc.
), supplier recommendation and qualification to ensure project success.
Liaise closely with the end-users in determining their requirements to provide early input into the sourcing process.
Review system reports, addressing potential conflicts and/or misinformation.
Develop and implement recommendations for improved efficiency (e.
g.
continuous process improvement).
Ensures that local sourcing practices and processes conform to overall IP polcies and/or guidelines.
When necessary trains end users in the application of these procedures.
Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Educate stakeholders on procurement processes, roles and responsibilities, proper engagement, and appropriate supplier facing communications.
Your profile and qualifications This position requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, statistics, business administration, or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of indirect purchasing, finance, business analysis, and/or analytics.
Office skills must include the ability to use standard office suite and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large sums of data.
Experience with Visual Basic and/or Marco coding preferred.
Performing complex financial, statistical, and comparative and management analyses.
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate reports.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
Able to gather data from a variety of sources and put the data into meaningful actionable information.
Professional, clear, and effective communication to a variety of stakeholders via various communication mediums (written and/or verbal) Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
Ability to lead through indirect influence.
Process alignment and gap analysis Able to strategically prepare for emerging customer needs and how to resolve those needs appropriately.
Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust, credibility, clear expectations, and open communication both written and verbal.
