Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description The Sales Coordinator will assist the VP of Sales in achieving revenue goals for video production, social media, paid media, photography, and design services.
This role reports to the VP of Sales and provides administrative support for sales prospecting, networking, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the team growth through administratively supporting the sales department, VP of Sales.
Maintain and assist in setting discovery meetings with prospects and event calendar management.
Research prospects and companies as prep for discovery meetings, seek to know everything about the company related to marketing, take notes during discovery meeting, setting reminders and tasks thereafter.
Help hold sales department accountable to goals by assisting with tracking and measuring sales goals, personal goals, and internal goals.
Consistently create supportive touch points with potential sales prospects on behalf of the respective sales rep if you notice a lack of activity on a particular prospect such as handwritten notes, gifts, follow up meetings.
Regularly write proposals and agreements, with the oversight and guidance of the sales team.
Attend networking and prospect meetings with sales team, occasionally flexible to after hour events.
Explore ways with the sales team to improve the sales and proposal process with the use of current software or new systemized sales tools.

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of sales and administrative experience preferred 4 year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) Proficient in Mac software (Pages and Keynote) Proficient in CRM software (Pipedrive) Positive, energetic, and personable Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills Provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Example questions we will be asking, if you interview for this position:
