We are looking for someone who is hardworking, self motivated, and works great with others.
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
Job requirements will include but will not be limited to Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers Answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road and work with dispatch to provide drivers with required information Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes Be detailed in responses with customers and drivers to ensure accurate information is being relayed.
